Head of Web, Digital and Design who has over 13 years’ experience in the web design, web development and digital domain, with a degree in Multimedia Technology and Design. A responsible, enthusiastic and hardworking leader who takes pride in leading and mentoring teams as well as improving the overall quality of work. Web and app design is a real passion with a bias towards clean and clear pixel perfect UX design. A strategic thinker who thrives on problem solving, project planning, personal and departmental progression.

CT are a large travel company with 7 brands, from corporate travel to high end leisure travel.
  • Developing and implementing digital strategies and lead presentations to articulate ideas to the board of directors and key stakeholders
  • Strategy objectives include: UX, conversion rates, website engagement, improved design, development, content and SEO

Lead Website Designer/Developer for a large digital media agency in Kent
  • Lead the team in planning, design and producing hand-coded and CMS responsive websites for a wide variety of customers. Using HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript and CMS
  • Created client branding solutions for all of their marketing collateral
  • Leading projects from concept to completion, producing design concepts, building the website while taking into consideration the website’s responsiveness and clients SEO needs
  • Planning, designing, building, sending and managing email marketing for high profile companies like WWE wrestling. Using HTML, CSS, MailChimp and SmartSend

Lead Website Designer for the UK’s leading hearing systems manufacturer.
  • Plan, design and produce new hand coded websites from scratch to sell and advertise Puretone products. Using HTML, CSS, CSS2, JavaScript, Flash & CMS
  • Also solely responsible for the maintaining and updating Puretone’s existing ten websites
  • Plan, design and implementation of the Puretone Intranet, this holds every file/document which Puretone own, including service manuals, datasheets, flyers and many more, in easy to use dynamic pages. (over 15,000 files)
  • Plan, design and implementation of an internal intranet packaging guide, used so employees can look up a product, then see which other items/accessories need to be sent with the fore mentioned product. (3,000 pages)
  • Undertake SEO rankings (many ranked #1 results), stat tracking and automatic mobile website scaling on a daily basis
  • Acquired excellent project planning, troubleshooting, leadership, management and researching skills

During my degree I frequently learnt new skills and how to use a variety of software packages. I am now capable of learning any new piece of software in a very short amount of time.
While at University a group of three made a documentary, which I directed, filmed and edited. For my individual final year project I undertook a 3D animation, it encompassed all areas needed to make a successful film, from fully planning the project, 3D modelling to editing and character design.
